Long Island Catholic League Playoff Run

Only 7 schools in the league everybody makes the playoffs and it's a tournament of toughness, rivalries and good team work. Most of the parents of these schools have long standing family ties to their individual school. This makes the large crowds even nosier and more involved in the game. It looked like for a long time this season Holy Trinity was running away with the top seed but Chaminade and St Mary's made a late season run to gain at this moment a three way tie. But the matchups are already set. Kellenberg will play St John the Baptist in the opening round game. The winner will play St Mary's. St Anthonys will play St Dominic's in the quaterfinals.
