Petit-Frere showed the ability to take control as a lead guard during the full court games. He has a nice handle and does a good job setting up the offense while facilitating to open teammates. Defensively, Petit-Frere can apply full court pressure and make life difficult for opposing guards. His performance at the camp showed that he can handle the responsibility of leading a team.

The rising sophomore, Petit-Frere, is a tough, gritty defender, who won’t back down from a challenge and prides himself on that side of the ball. The 5’8″ PG is an excellent passer and is always looking to get his teammates involved. He is a crafty player with tremendous quickness, and plays the game fast yet under control. He moves well without the ball, and spaces himself well on the floor, creating space and opportunities for his teammates.

Petit-Frere is a quick and shifty guard who has excellent speed and plays the game with great composure. He has elite handles and is a tremendous passer, who always has his eyes up looking for the open man. The 5’8″ PG attacks the basket with no fear, and if left open he is a knockdown shooter with great range. Petit-frere is a gritty defender with both quick feet and quick hands, and embraces a challenge on the defensive side of the ball.

Petit-Frere is a lightning quick lead guard with excellent command of the basketball and the ability to put pressure on opposing defenses. He is extremely difficult to keep out of the paint, changes speeds well and understands how to use ball screens on the perimeter. The sophomore can keep defenders honest as a perimeter shot maker when given space. Defensively, his quickness and activity make him a disruptive on-ball defender who can create turnovers.
