About Tallulah
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a versatile shooting forward who can stretch the floor, read the defense, and make smart passes, and I love building chemistry so my teammates and I can make the right play.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m a coachable, positive teammate who plays hard every possession, loves to compete, and focuses on doing the little things that help my team win.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Yes, I’ve received an art award for my painting. That skill has helped me develop a creative way of seeing things, and I bring that to basketball. It helps me read spacing, see plays before they happen, and feel the flow of the game differently than most players.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve grown a lot as a leader and teammate through basketball. I talk on the court, stay positive, and try to set the tone with how hard I work.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, which was a big shock and forced me to adjust my habits and routine. Instead of letting it hold me back, it’s helped me become more focused, more disciplined, and more intentional about how I live, train, and recover. Handling that as a teenager has made me more resilient and confident in dealing with challenges.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college that has strong business and entrepreneurship programs and a competitive women’s basketball program. I want a place where I can learn how to lead in the classroom and on the court, because I believe being a good teammate is a lot like being a good leader in business.
