The Brooklyn Queens division will be a hotly contested league. The Terriers of St Francis and Christ the King even with great talent who graduated will field equally strong teams.

St Francis Terriers have been the team to beat the last few years. Whenever I see them play I think of Jay Wrights Villanova teams. Play well on both ends. A guard driven oriented team with tough players in the interior. The guards in recent years went on to D1 programs. They have been in the past guards who can shoot it from beyond the arc but also score inside posting up other guards. A program that crashes the boards from all positions. This years team might be a little different. With the “ Big O” [player_tooltip player_id='1729822' first='Oesoemana' last='Sacko'] the 6”7 2026 and a strong contender for POY in the league. With his size he is an imposing figure in the paint. Defensively he is a rim protector and great strong clear out rebounder. Offensively he can score inside with power but also has a soft touch on his jumper. An added feature to his game is his ability to knock down the three ball. He is a nightly double- double machine.

Justin DeSena will be relied on to open up the floor. He is a 6”3 2028 really good shooter from multiple spots on the floor. He has also shown an assortment of floaters in the lane.

Christ The King will try to capture this title with a roster full of a mix of talented sophomores and juniors and experienced seniors.

The senior leadership will come from big strong and physical 2026 6”8 Orion Cobb. An excellent defender in the paint. A rim protector and tough ferocious rebounder on both ends. Can score at the rim.
Their top player is returning junior 6”4 guard [player_tooltip player_id='2234300' first='Johnny' last='Magna']. A player on alot of high D1 radars. Expect a breakout season from him and his past years have been already good. Johnny can play either guard spot. With his size at the point he can see over players or score at the rim. Excellent handle. High basketball IQ. Possesses deep range. Outstanding mid range game.

The rest of the roster is depth heavy with talent. Question is which players will step forward. They all just might, they are all that highly regarded.
[player_tooltip player_id='2234305' first='Juice' last='Bontemps'] is a shifty 6”2 2027 guard with flair. Reads defenses really well.

Skyler Ragoo 6”3 2028 I have heard really high praise on. He can score from all three levels. Displayed an excellent handle getting to the rim. He has the skillset to be a major talent moving forward.
A pair of junior guards [player_tooltip player_id='2234132' first='Fabian' last='Pinnock'] at 5”10 has an excellent handle and good range on his jumper. [player_tooltip player_id='2234122' first='Malachi' last='Hudson'] at 6”3 can score at the rim with either hand.

Two intriguing players are the Zelic brothers. Vuc Zelic 6”8 2027 is a fundamentally sound European style player. He was a member on the Serbian National team. Tremendous skill set. Outstanding shooter.

Little brother Star Zelic 2028 is already 6”11. He can play inside out. Will be a mismatch nightmare with his ability to score and defend many ways and multiple positions.
