About Gabe

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Quick and shifty. Win first mentality. High percentage shooter. Always willing to make the right play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have been doubted my whole life. I’ll do whatever it takes to prove doubters wrong. Humble but confident.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Used to be involved in both golf and soccer. Currently in schools media arts club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Playing travel basketball helped me to learn how to step into a leadership role coming into my senior season. Over the years I have developed my relationships with my teammates and feel like I work well in a team environment.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Up until my sophomore year of high school I was always a garbage time player. I was buried in the bench. After only playing about 8 total minutes my freshman year I realized I love the game of basketball too much to just be an average player. I worked harder than anyone I know these past 3 years to become the player I am today.

What type of college are you looking for?

My educational goals are to become a high school history teacher, so I am looking for a school that will help me achieve that goal first and foremost.
