This was my first time seeing the lengthy freshman from Heritage Hills since the Prep Hoops Freshman Showcase. Fluid athlete that showed he can play all over the floor. Good perimeter skills that make him a tough cover for bigger defenders but also has the ability to post up on the block and score over smaller defenders. Early in Game 1 he got a defensive rebound and after his outlet he had a nice rim run straight into post up and showed nice touch on a jump hook over the left shoulder. High potential kid that will continue to get better and gain confidence the more he plays.

A player who projects to have a strong high school career is Heritage Hill’s Ty Wetzel Ty Wetzel Ty Wetzel 6'2" Heritage Hills | 2029 IN . As the son of a head coach, Wetzel displayed elite fundamentals on the floor, combining length and smoothness. He played physically around the rim, and most defenders struggled to contend with his length. I really like his game already.

The 6’2″ wing has impressive physical and athletic tools for his age and should compete very well amongst his peers at the upcoming Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase in Noblesville.
