Silva transferred to SI in the WCAL a more competitive league than he was in. He had a good Spring and Summer playing 15U on the UA Circuit standing 6’7 showing a versatile skill set, with an inside/out game to polish up. He’s comfortable using dribbles to attack the basket 15ft and in. He hits the elbow, and paint jumpers, has the length to finish around the rim. He was in an adjustment period during June with his new high school team, nonetheless he’ll be a contributor when he settles in.

NorCal’s top newcomer in this class. He’s long, stronger than he looks, plays with a good amount of confidence. He had good minutes on the Varsity. He’s active, with a versatile skill set that allows him to effect the game from inside/out. He’s comfortable, moves well along the perimeter. He had solid drives, using hard dribbles to get into the paint through traffic using his length, and balance to finish around the rim. He knocked down timely 3’s, he has a post up game. He worked the boards on both ends.
