Burns is another active high flyer in the state with a high motor and upside. Burns has a solid handle, and trusted mid range shot which is perfect for wing play. At LCCP he plays in the post, but he can easily transition to the 2 or 3 at the next level. Energy, upside, and production define his game and LCCP could be a scary team to face in the playoffs with Burns and his high level of play.

I watched Burns play in the summer and he was a perfect complimentary player for his team. Watching him play in a showcase was eye opening because you see that there is more to his game. He is one of the most athletic players in the state, and he has a high motor to match his skill and athleticism. He is a high IQ wing player with a ton of upside. His showcase performance was full of dunks and creative finishes and he was just exciting to watch. Burns was one of the best overall players in the gym without a doubt and a clear First Team Selection.
