Durgan has shown a lot of growth over the summer. He’s sprouted up to 6-foot-7 and continues to fill out his frame. He’s also shown how he can play a vital role in Mt. Spokane’s offense, whether that is getting out and running the floor or operating from the blocks. He’s made a handful of eye-opening plays that really get you excited for this upcoming season and his development into a more consistent player for the Wildcats.

Another talented post for the Wildcats, Durgan has flashed this summer as a strong forward who has the toughness and footwork to finish plays off inside. Has also showcased some wherewithal to find key passes off his attacks around the paint and capitalize on occupying multiple defenders to set up his teammates. He’s another guy who could be on double-double watch each night.

Durgan played with much more aggressive approach offensively at the event than we got to see last season. He has good athleticism and strength already but also displayed the ability to make some key passes off his touches in the middle and maintain a dual-threat type of approach. He went right at a few of the top post players at the event and his quick decision-making off the catch played a key role in that. Worked hard on the glass, did a lot of vertical defending in paint, and stepped up in a big way offensively for them throughout the weekend. Had a game-high 18 points against Barlow to lead the team.

Durgan is already a pretty solidly built forward who is another player who should step into some bigger minutes next season. He does a good job scoring when he catches off of cuts or flashes, when he can catch in an athletic position and get to work. He’s also shown he can knock down shots from outside, and he could be a pretty impactful player this winter if he can continue to build his confidence with some solid play this spring.

This high-motor guard showcases a well-rounded offensive game, excelling at scoring from all three levels with precision and confidence. Utilizing his quick and controlled dribble, he efficiently creates space and gets to his preferred spots on the court. Defensively, he brings a tough, physical presence, demonstrating strength in the paint and relentless on-ball pressure. His versatility on both ends makes him a standout contributor capable of impacting the game in multiple ways.
