About Kaden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Kaden McClellan is a dynamic 5′8″ floor general known for his agility, court vision, and advanced playmaking skillset. His low center of gravity and shifty ball handling consistently make him a nightmare for defenders one-on-one. Frequently praised as the type of point guard you want running your offense, McClellan shows strong IQ and tempo control on both ends of the floor.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Kaden plays fearless, focused, and always in control. Despite his size, he leads with confidence and commands respect through his high basketball IQ and relentless work ethic. He’s the kind of point guard who thrives under pressure and never backs down from a challenge. He’s respectful, coachable, and deeply committed to growth, constantly studying the game and working on his craft.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over the past few years, I’ve really developed as a leader both on and off the court. As a point guard, I’ve learned how important it is to keep everyone involved, stay vocal, and stay composed in big moments. I’ve played with a lot of talented guys, and I’ve learned how to adapt my game to whatever my team needs whether it’s scoring, passing, defending, or just bringing energy.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to be surrounded by guys who are hungry, unselfish, and accountable—teammates who push each other to be great every day. I'm looking for a program with strong chemistry, where hard work and trust are the foundation, and where the coaching staff is fully committed to developing players on and off the court."
