Carter is one of the state’s most underrated wing prospects and is in line to lead a Loyola team expected to do some big things. The 6-foot-3 senior is among the best all-around basketball athletes in Southern California with his quick and explosive vertical athleticism lending to his efficient and game-changing at-rim finishing ability and his lateral speed providing defensive upside. Carter and the Cubs have a blend of size, skill and athleticism to make some noise in the Mission League this season.
