A player that was living above the rim during the scrimmage portion of camp, Noah Cook is a long and athletic forward that was able to do a lot of different things on the floor with his length and mobility. Fluid athlete that guards multiple positions and controls the boards on both ends. Inside-out offensive skill set. Was really good ripping through and driving from the wing while also being a capable three-point shooter. Found a connection early on with his guards in the pick and roll and showed excellent hands and finishing ability through contact.

Provided strong energy and athletic impact, opening the game with a wing three and consistently playing with grit and hustle. Willing to put his body on the floor and make effort plays. Flashed creativity off the bounce, including a hop-step finish and athletic scores at the rim. Effective cutter in the half court, finding open gaps in the defense. Notably plays above the rim, converting on a pair of alley-oops—one a controlled finish and another a strong two-handed dunk in the fourth quarter off a setup from Trivellini. A junior who also contributes on the glass and isn’t afraid to mix it up inside.

Long and lanky four man at 6’6” that high pointed rebounds and displayed fluid movement skills.  The projectability is definitely there.  Soft touch on his free throws which could translate into long distance shooting.

Cook is an underrated athlete out of Crystal Lake South. The 6’6″ F showcased a very solid first-step to the rim with a crafty finish early on. Added some athleticism later in the contest, nearly converting a windmill dunk. He’s also a good, lengthy defender who stays in front of his man and forced misses on a consistent basis.
