Coming off a strong summer, Clark impressed with his ability to grab a rebound and start the break himself. He handles the ball well, sees the floor and can run the offense while remaining a dangerous secondary scorer. That combination makes him an ideal backcourt partner for fellow junior standout Pat Jajua.

Clark jumped over and finished the summer with Uptown, and assuming he stays, would give the Pennsylvania program another talented shooter who can also play on the ball when needed. Clark knocked down some timely jumpers on Sunday and showcased his ability to get hot in a hurry in the process. His combination of shooting and secondary creation should make him an intriguing piece moving forward.

He finished with a team-high 13 points, with nine of those coming in the second quarter. He did a nice job seeking out contact when attacking the basket, which led to several trips to the foul line. He was effective at finding ways into the paint and also showed good awareness by creating scoring opportunities for his teammates. Moving forward, I’d like to see him tighten up his handle, continue to get stronger, and improve how he handles double teams. I also thought he was a bit reluctant to shoot from deep. Even though he connected on one three-pointer, he could have been more aggressive looking for his shot from the perimeter.
