About Cohen

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a floor general who impacts the game on both ends of the floor creating for teammates, applying strong on-ball pressure defensively, and competing every possession. I take pride in my leadership, ball-handling, and ability to score at all three levels.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

High-level competitor with strong internal drive. I demonstrate natural leadership qualities and take ownership of team performance. I show poise in pressure moments and does not shy away from responsibility late in games.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Key Club, House of delegates, Fellow christian athlete.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed strong leadership and composure as a point guard, learning how to communicate, organize teammates, and control the pace of the game. Balancing academics, basketball, work, and volunteering through Key Club has strengthened my discipline, time management, and accountability.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In 2025, I faced a very difficult time when one of my guardians I lived with passed away, and within the same few months my other guardian was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Going through both situations so close together was emotionally challenging and forced me to grow up quickly

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college with strong academics and a competitive basketball program that will push me to grow as a player and person. I value great coaching, player development, and a disciplined team culture that prepares me for success on and off the court.
