He has court awareness and understands where the ball needs to go on every possession. As he continues to develop, he has the foundation and potential to grow into a really good floor general with many eyes looking his way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2748395' first='William' last='Sanders'] (5'11/CG/'28/Huffman)

IG: willwill.3

X: @WillSanders2028

William is a young freshman getting varsity minutes on a team loaded with talent, and he did a good job playing his role as a secondary ball-handler and active defender. He plays hard on both ends of the floor, can shoot the trey ball, and can put pressure on the rim off the bounce. He mentally processes the game really well in the midst of the chaos that Cullman creates. He does a good job at driving and spraying to shooters, a component of Cullman's offense, which makes it click so well. His length is a factor on both ends, but he has to continue to get stronger.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415468' first='Walker' last='Clark'] (G/'25/Enterprise)

IG: thewalkerclark

Walker is a reliable secondary ball-handler who brings experience and a mature floor game to the starting line-up for his squad. He understands his role in the backcourt, as there are times he has to play off the ball and, at other times, slide over to the on-ball position. He doesn't look for his offense often, as he is surrounded by talented offensive weapons, but he can provide perimeter scoring when open. Walker's ability to be trusted by his coach is something that all lead guards should work towards, and Walker has earned that trust.

There were a lot of talented players at the #CJCC, and some players could have easily been overlooked with so much talent on display, but here are some guards who should not be overlooked…
