This is going to be an outstanding day of Indiana High School Basketball.

***Rankings below are via the Prep Hoops Indiana Class-by-Class Top 10 Polls***

Avon 52 Blackhawk Christian 49

This one was sloppy out of the gate. It is almost like it was an 11:30 a.m. tip-off! Both teams missed several bunnies around the rim and turnovers were an issue, especially for Blackhawk Christian. [player_tooltip player_id='1561685' first='Jedidiah' last='Minnett'] knocked in an early three-point shot to get the Orioles going while the physicality of [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry'] and DeAndre Lott-Hancock got them each a couple of buckets. Avon leads 11-5 after one quarter.

Wright State signee didn't score until about the 6:25 mark in the second quarter, but he now has 8 points as Avon is forced to call a timeout with 3:05 to play in the half. The 6'9" forward is starting to take over and it has coincided with Blackhawk Christian climbing on top 20-15.

Pickett now has 12 points and 8 rebounds at the half as Blackhawk Christian leads Avon 27-15.

[player_tooltip player_id='1561685' first='Jedidiah' last='Minnett'] with a steal and BIG TIME dunk in traffic as the Orioles get some life here in the second half. Minnett now has six in the quarter, Lott-Hancock has a pair of tough finishes. The Blackhawk Christian lead is down to six, 31-25 midway through the third.

This one keeps going back-and-forth quarter by quarter. Avon now leads 32-31 after three quarters. Minnett went off in that quarter scoring 10 points to spark the Orioles. Kellen Pickett leads all scorers still with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Wow! [player_tooltip player_id='1561685' first='Jedidiah' last='Minnett'] is having himself a second half. Just hit a deep pull-up three, his second of the fourth quarter, and he now has 16 points in the second half. Avon leads Blackhawk Christian 44-38 with 3:53 to play.

Three straight "Division I player" moves by [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry']. He gets downhill very well and is a strong, athletic finisher. He has 14 points now and Avon leads 48-44 with 2:05 to play.

Pickett knocked in a pick-and-pop 3, freshman Bryce Sefton had a tough floater finish inside, but [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry'] has answered with free throws. Still 52-49 Avon, Blackhawk ball, with 35.2 seconds remaining.

Final: Avon 52 Blackhawk Christian 49. Jedidah Minnett finished with 19 points, 16 coming in the second half, to lead Avon. [player_tooltip player_id='1565984' first='Keriawn' last='Berry'] added 17 points with 11 of those coming in the fourth quarter. Wright State signee Kellen Pickett finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds in the loss for Blackhawk.

NorthWood 51 Zionsville 40

The size of NorthWood, featuring Grace commit Tyler Raasch and junior Mason Pearson, gave Zionsville some problems in the opening minutes. However, IU-Indianapolis bound Maguire Mitchell nailed a couple of three-point shots to get the Eagles going. They lead the Panthers 15-13 after the first quarter.

Nice little run by Zionsville late in the second quarter to build a bit of cushion. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2807774' first='Nick' last='Snively'] knocked in a three-point shot at the top of the key. Then, his brother Drew Snively finished a fast break layup. The Eagles now lead NorthWood 28-18 with 1:02 to play in the half. The tempo has slowed down since the opening period and the execution has favored Zionsville.

Maguire Mitchell leads the way with 11 points as Zionsville is on top of NorthWood 30-18 at the half.

Snivley got a couple of buckets inside, but the pace has slowed down even more and NorthWood has been able to hang around thanks to a trio of three-point shots from Maddux Everingham. Zionsville is still op top 34-31 going to the final period. Maguire Mitchell leads the Eagles with 11 points. Snively is up to 8 points and 7 rebounds.

A quick 5-0 including a three-point shot from Collin Deatsman has given NorthWood a 36-34 lead with 6:33 to play.

Tyler Raasch with a pretty little baseline spin move and finish at the rim. Zionsville has still only scored seven points in the second half. NorthWood leads 45-37 with 3:35 to play.

Northwood overcame a 12-point halftime deficit to knock off Zionsville 51-40. Grace signee Tyler Raasch scored 14 points while Maddux Everingham added 12 for the Panthers. IU-Indianapolis signee Maguire Mitchell and Will Allen each scored 12 points for Zionsville.

Bedford North Lawrence 45 Brownsburg 41 (OT)

A very, very slow pace to this one with both teams missing open looks led to a 7-5 first quarter in Brownsburg's favor. The Bulldogs have the length advantage, but it feels like this one will remain close throughout.

Finally a little shot-making. Patric Matson scored on a nice OB Under play, Kyson Neddenriep nailed a three-point shot, Quincy Pickett responded with one of his own. It is 14-12 Bedford North Lawrence with 3:16 to play in the first half.

Patric Matson leads the Stars with 6 points as Bedford North Lawrence takes a 16-12 advantage into the locker room against Brownsburg. Brandon Addison has 6 points for the Bulldogs.

Senior guard Michael Addison has scored all 8 of Brownsburg's third quarter points so far. Quincy Pickett has knocked in a couple of three-point shots on the other end though as Bedford North Lawrence maintains a 26-20 lead with 2:51 to play in the third quarter.

The Addison brothers combined for all 13 of Brownsburg's third quarter points. Michael Addison scored 8 and Brandon Addison had 5 points. They are now within one, 26-25 of Bedford North Lawrence going to the fourth quarter.

The Addison's continue to carry Brownsburg down the stretch. Michael just made his second three-point shot of the fourth quarter. Bedford North Lawrence leads 34-31 with 2:38 to play.

After an offensive rebound, Brownsburg kicked it out to Joriem Lomax who had just checked into the game and the senior nailed a three-point shot deep on the right wing to tie the game 37-37 with 6.9 seconds remaining.

FREEEEEEE BASKETBALL!!!!! This one is headed to over time. Brownsburg and Bedford North Lawrence tied at 37-37.

Quincy Pickett connected on four three-point shots and led Bedford North Lawrence with 14 points as the Stars defeated the host Brownsburg Bulldogs 45-41 in overtime. Patric Matson added 12 points. Kai McGrew and Brennan Miller are dominating the offensive glass and back-to-back steals by Azavier Robinson have led to dunks. It is 17-0 Lawrence North out of the gate with 2:24 to play in the first quarter against Gary West Side.

Reggie Hinton finally got Gary West Side on the board with a free throw and Anthony Holmes got a couple of buckets including a three in the corner, but Lawrence North is still up 22-8 after the first quarter. Butler signee Azavier Robinson leads the way with 11 points.

Azavier Robinson continues to turn the corner and lay it up for Lawrence North. Anthony Holmes made another three-point shot for West Side, and Derek Collins Jr got a couple of tough buckets, but the Wildcats lead 36-15 with 2:39 to play in the first half.

Lawrence North leads Gary West Side 42-18 at the half. Butler bound Azavier Robinson leads all scorers with 17 points. Brennan Miller and Jamar Thomas each have 8 points for the Wildcats. Anthony Holmes leads West Side with 8 points.

Running clock has gone into effect with about 3:25 to play in the third quarter.
