How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am mainly a Catch and Shoot 3 point shooter that can also facilitate the floor if needed. I’m very confident in my jump shot but when I see shots aren’t falling I mainly focus on all the off ball stuff such as screens, cutting to the rim, rebounds, defense, and just being vocal on the court. I am also a gifted leader that knows how to energize my teammates and get the team going.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality has always been to win. But I know that losing is apart of the game. I’ve always been taught to never let anyone define my success and it’s always shown on the court. No matter what people may say I always know what I am and not capable of. As for my personality, I’m a Child of God who loves the game of basketball. I trust in God and my skills to lead me to all things possible.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I currently play for the Mizpah Ballers. We are a new and upcoming national team. When I went to middle school in New York, I did gain a lot of rewards in my school because I was always a key factor in the school. I won an ambassador award in June at Graduation and I gained a numerous amount of awards for school regarding high honor roll and in class accomplishments .

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed my leadership skills, I’ve learned how to bond with people and communicate with others, and I’ve learned how to be a better team player in general. In middle school I also volunteered to be a Jr. coach/ trainer for the JV basketball players and the 3rd-4th graders team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve faced many challenges such as people doubting me, losing confidence, shooting slumps, but I’ve always found a way to better myself and get back up. Which is why I’m confident in myself to overcome any challenges that try to face me.

What type of college are you looking for?

My dream has always been Division 1. But I know it’s not going to be easy. Which is why I’m willing to take any opportunity given to me because I am dedicated to reaching me dream goal.
