Has a good handle for his size who can play in the 2, 3, or 4 spots at the next level depending what you need. Versatile to score it at all 3 levels. Really came a live in the 3rd quarter with a tip in off a miss and a couple spot up 3’s from the wing. Tough to stop once he gets going.

A 42% three-point shooter last season, Kirby brought that same fire to DeKalb. He’s a knockdown shooter from deep, combining volume and efficiency. Excels in spot-up situations with a pure, quick release off the catch. Moves well without the ball, flowing along the perimeter to fill gaps and create clean looks. His off-ball awareness sets him up for success, and with that shooting base, expect an uptick in production this season.

Kirby was the highest ranked sophomore among a strong group of them in this game. He is a small forward with plus size and he can really really shoot it! High level shot maker from beyond that has a quick release off the catch. Moves very well without the ball to set up his shots. Strong frame and good free throw shooter. Has a big time skill in his long ball that could make him a D1 guy! Went for 19 points.
