About Messiah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay as quick, scrappy, and energetic.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would say I’m very focused and very humble in the head. I like to set goals and focus on them.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in technical theatre at school and have received a lot of academic awards (A-Honor Roll and Leaderships Awards for example). I am a member of NSHSS.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a natural leader in any room that I enter with my peers. I volunteer coach at the rec center for my little brothers teams in my free time.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

With my small body frame it has been a challenge gaining weight and getting stronger. But I have committed to putting in the work and have gotten bigger and stronger over the past few months.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for any D1, D2, NAIA, or JUCO.

Lead guard with a strong frame that allowed him to absorb contact and finish through bigger defenders. Lynch played with a low center of gravity that made him difficult to knock off his driving lines. He had the ball on a string using sharp crossovers, spins, and hesitation dribbles to separate and get into the paint. Once downhill, Lynch had the balance and toughness to convert tough layups despite traffic or rim protectors.
