The OK State Tournament took place on July 27-28. There was a ton of great talent from across multiple states at the event. No matter what you were looking for, this tournament probably had it when it comes to basketball. Scorers, shooters, elite defenders, rebounding machines, and even game winners. With that being said, lets take a look at some of the top players for 15U. This article is covering the 11-15 best ranked players for the tournament. The players in this article are in no specific order.

[player_tooltip player_id='2382124' first='Jackson' last='Stone'] played well on both ends of the court. He played great defense, both interior and on-ball. On offense, he flashed potential to be a good shooter and finish inside. On multiple occasions, he drove and finished in traffic or he drew the foul. Lastly, he made a good impact rebounding the ball. He came away with one board after another on multiple occasions. It was a great event for him all-around, as his team went 3-2. Both of the losses were close and he played an important factor in all of their wins.

Caleb Mathew was arguably the best on-ball defender and playmaker out of all of 15U. He managed the game at his own pace, showing good court awareness and playmaking ability. I saw him play multiple games and every game he came away with multiple steals and forced several other turnovers. On offense, he controlled the pace of the game and showed the capability of knocking down shots. He knocked down some three pointers and also was able to get to the rim and finish. One thing that I loved about his game is that he provided constant hustling and was willing to dive for loose balls. With how he played and affected the games, he reminded me of players like John Stockton and Chris Paul.

Keaton Reynold contributed all around for his team. In the first game that I saw him in, he did everything: rebounding, knocking down shots, finishing at the rim, coming away with steals, and playing good on-ball defense. No matter if it was offense or defense, he was grabbing rebounds. Some of the offensive rebounds resulted in second chance. He knocked down multiple threes in a game on more than one occasion. There were times that he flashed good court vision, making good passes to his teammates. He did a great job of impacting the game in multiple areas throughout the tournament.

Josh Lewis proved to be one of the top shooters at the event, while providing solid defense. He had a few steals throughout the tournament, but his calling card was on offense. Game after game, he knocked down threes. I even recorded him making five three pointers in a single game. This includes one that occurred at the buzzer. It was impressive seeing how well he was able to shoot the ball, while providing steals on defense. It helped engineer his team to a 3-1 record, with their only loss occurring by three points.

Colton Crim did a little bit of everything for his team, but his main thing was defense. He came away with several steals, while playing great on-ball defense. I recorded three steals in one game for him. Off of the steals, he had an assist and also drew the foul in transition. On offense, he knocked down a few threes and showed the ability to finish at the rim. Lastly, he rebounded well, on both the offensive and defensive glass. Defense and rebounding were his specialty, but he was able to produce on offense, as well.
