The class of 2026 rankings have been unveiled earlier in the week. PHI now dives into the class including here in 2026 Rankings: PG/Combo Stock Risers!

[player_tooltip player_id='1845357' first='Noah' last='Mister'] (Mt. Carmel)

Previous Ranking: #39
Current Ranking: #23

Mister is a prospect that took a huge leap forward during the second half of the high school season with the Caravan being a huge reason for them reaching Champaign. He has followed that up with a very strong spring for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'] being their most consistent guard on a team that is loaded at that spot helping them go 8-0 in UAA.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323319' first='Colton' last='Hawkins'] (Carterville)

Previous Ranking: #96
Current Ranking: #57

Hawkins made a big jump in the latest rankings due to his play in several camp settings along with what he did this spring for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'] 16U. He is a combo guard that has solid size for position being able to play both on and off the ball. He can really shoot it from the perimeter both off the catch and bounce. Showed playmaking feel and overall good leadership.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874852' first='Myair' last='Thompson'] (Kankakee)

Previous Ranking: #88
Current Ranking: #72

Thompson is coming off a strong junior campaign at Kankakee where the explosive lead guard elevated his game along with his team with what he brought to the table. That has continued into the spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076378' first='Old' last='Gold'] where he runs the show, displays athleticism off the bounce, and is a solid floor general.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552444' first='Carter' last='Newsome'] (Waukegan)

Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #89

Newsome has been on the edge of the rankings for a while, but after a nice spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076264' first='Illinois' last='Central Elite'] he broke inside the top 100. Smaller point guard that is at his best using his pin point passing to get others involved with his distribution skills. Has a nice float game and is shifty getting in the lane.
