Last night Devon Prep dedicated extra attention to Harper when he had the rock behind the arc. Thus, Harper (9 pts.) put the ball on the deck and got into the painted area for a couple of tough finishes. Harper also displayed a high IQ and precise passing skills. The 4A state tournament was an impressive stretch of play for this freshman.
