LC’s leading scorer on the year as a 14-year-old, Stevens was a bit quiet in the scoring department but showed an IQ and a balanced skillset that should make for a really interesting prospect before all’s said and done. A bigger-bodied wing forward still very early in his physical maturation, he spent a lot of time initiating offense from the point, showing impressive skill to his handle with advanced feel and court vision. He was able to use his size, skill, and footwork to meander to the rim and finish through contact, while also being a threat to knock down shots off the catch. Stevens stood out especially for his maturely vocal and unselfish approach at his age. We’re excited to see how things shake out for Stevens as he develops.
