Boettcher was a nice role player for the Tornadoes following his transfer from Panorama, averaging 7.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. He’s a capable 3-point shooting threat off both the dribble and the catch as well as a reliable secondary playmaker with the ball in his hands.

Trey was one of the best shooters I saw on Saturday, as the sophomore seemed to be a threat as soon as he passed half court. He needed to be accounted for at all times from the perimeter, and had a red hot start to the game I saw. He was at his best when pulling up off the dribble, being able to create separation from defenders. Boettcher started to get downhill more later in the game and really impressed me as an overall scorer.
