The Bahamian showed flashes of his high upside as a freshman. Hall brings a change of pace with his speed and aggressive on ball defense. His shot and decision making will improve as a sophomore. DJ should quickly emerge as one of the best young guards in Northwest Georgia.
Wells averaged around 10 points per game as a freshman, providing the Jaguars with size and shooting on the perimeter. He’s an efficient catch-and-shoot threat from beyond the arc. Wells’ length helps him rebound and guard multiple positions. As he gets more comfortable creating off the dribble, Wells’ game will blossom.
Highlights
Knight is a good-looking athlete with a football background. On the hardwood, MJ is a big guard packed with physical strength. He gets to his spots when getting downhill and is a solid shooter from the mid-range. Knight made an impact in Year 1 with his versatile defense and willingness to crash the boards.
Athletic two-way player. Thomas came on strong at the end of last season, providing slashing and hustle. He can hit the corner three and is sneaky good at getting to the rim. Zi’on plays above the rim.
