A legit size big with length and athleticism that runs the floor well. Jerry can play the high and low post and has a good mid range jump shot. When he faces up and looks to attack he becomes a big threat to score and create for others. He has solid post moves and soft touch around the rim. Defensively he can guard the four or the five and is a great help defender that will send shots away at the rim.

made sure he secured every rebound in the paint. the big fella played with plenty of energy on the floor. He transitioned at a quick pace up and down the court all game. He never took a possession off during the big game in the auxiliary gym vs one of the top programs in the state. He ran from block to block making his presence felt on both sides. Moody improved his ranking by having a great high school season but i would not be surprised if he improves his position in the state of New Mexico.

Jerry never backed down from a big time matchup this season. Moody dominated in the paint on both ends of the floor. His amazing high school basketball season at Highland this year led him to earn bragging rights as the best 2027 big man in the state of New Mexico. Moody entered the top 10 of the new rankings. He is now ranked as the 6th player in the 2027 class.

matched up against one of the highest ranked big men in New Mexico on Thursday. Moody completely dominated from start to finish in this game. Moody kept the large crowd here at The Pit on their feet for the entire game. He had a few dunks in this that left the rim shaking. Jerry completed the game with 14 points. He shot 7 for 11 from the field. Moody protected the paint defensively for his squad as well. He sent away 4 shots!
