East Chicago Central had no answer for this massive interior presence. Horvath dominated the paint on Saturday shooting 17-20 from the field on his way to 38 points, but Mishawaka Marian fell 78-74. He continues to prove himself as one of the top interior scorers in Indiana’s Class of 2026.

Horvath is an absolutely massive presence on the hardwood. However, he is also highly skilled. That skill level was on display as he didn’t miss a shot until midway through the fourth quarter. The 6’8″ unsigned senior center finished with 22 points and 6 rebounds, but Mishawaka Marian fell to Fort Wayne Wayne 72-65. The way he finishes around the basket, along with his ability to stretch the floor a bit, is very impressive.

Here’s that guy again. Horvath is a big time asset in the paint. He’s big and strong enough to physically dominate on the block and under the rim. As I’ve said before, it’s his feet that might impress me the most. Horvath can get down the floor and moves well for his size.

Horvath was just in Grand Rapids, MI dominating the Brawl For The Ball. The bulldog post player put up some huge numbers at the event and looks to follow it up this weekend. Horvath has really good feet for his size and can work off the screen and roll.

Horvath is a heavily recruited football prospect as well, but on the hardwood he has been posting some absolutely monster numbers during the month of July with Indiana Eclipse . The 6’9″ center has been a double-double machine with several 20-30 point outputs. He has excellent interior footwork for his size, makes real post moves when he gets a catch on the block, and does a great job of clearing out space on the glass. College programs always need size and Horvath, a rising senior at Mishawaka Marian High School, is as big as they come along with being a high academic prospect. Indiana Eclipse will be competing at the GRBA Nationals this coming weekend.

Horvath was at the very least at times the best player in the gym for Brawl For The Ball. He had a couple 15 point games that were very efficient. Horvath went off in the finals for a 31 point and 14 rebound double-double. He worked so well off his guards and plays very well as a screener.

is one of the most underrated players in the class of 2026. The 6 foot 9 inch center has a stellar offensive game. He averaged over 12 points per game on 66 percent shooting from the field. His growth in point average is credited to second chance points. Furthermore, of his 6 rebounds per game, 2.6 of those were offensive. Going into his final year, this elite senior should put up big stats this season. On the other end, his height makes him an imposing force on defense averaging at least a block per game.

You can’t help but notice the size of this rising senior prospect from Mishawaka Marian. The 6’9″ center is more than just a big body though. He has solid footwork in the post for his size and a soft finishing touch. Horvath rebounds his position very well and does a good job of being “in the way” at the rim defensively. He is definitely one for small college programs to have on their list.

If you need size in the Class of 2026 look no further than this Mishawaka Marian High School big man. Horvath is a massive 6’9″ center who has noticeably trimmed down and gotten himself in better shape. He moves well on the block, rebounds his area well, and can be disruptive as a rim protector on the defensive end. Horvath had a productive weekend for Indiana Eclipse showcasing a soft touch when finishing at the rim. College coaches should get eyes on him next weekend in Fort Wayne at the Run N Slam.
