Bautista is a 6’1/6’2 prospect, that moves quickly down the court with or without the basketball. He is skilled enough to take his matchup into the post and score on them with a dominating post move or he can step out and attack off of the dribble to score at all three levels. Defensively he is willing to make the most of his matchup and guard whoever his team needs him to. Sometimes that player could be bigger, sometimes they could be smaller. It all depends on the situation. If he can continue to lock in on his efficiency as he gets older, he could be a solid weapon at the high school level before everything is said and done.

Bautista has great size for his age at 6’1, muscle mass to go along with that size, and a lot of heart on both sides of the floor. He still has a long way to go in his basketball career but he has the foundation to be someone to know. He moves well for his size and he is someone that is a willing communicator with his fellow teammates, especially in tight situations. As long as he continues to fall in love with the process, he is going to continue to get better and that’s a scary thought after what I saw this weekend.
