3A Playoffs Round One: Seneca vs Broome

Seneca got out to a quick start as 8th Grade Point Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2339844' first='Jeremiah' last='Hunter'] assisted the first 3 made field goals, [player_tooltip player_id='1268064' first='Cameron' last='O'Kelley'] scored 8 points, and <strong>Stu Finley</strong> hit two threes, sending them up 16-5 with less than four minutes played. However, they were much sloppier scoring just 16 points over the remaining 12 minutes of the half. During that time, Broome did a great job of being active in the paint and getting to the free throw line, particularly from <strong>Kamajay Brackett-Brannon</strong> and <strong>Ja'Coreyun Broadus</strong>. Finley hit two more threes early in the third quarter, but Brackett-Brannon matched every Bobcat to keep the Centurions close heading to the fourth.
