Hall-Chiari, a lead guard out of Putnam Science Academy, impresses with his ability to make plays with the ball in his hands. He’s a capable, multi-level scorer that has good positional size, nice burst when attacking the rim, and the ability to play through contact. He’s able to create space off the bounce and is constantly improving as a perimeter shooter. On the other end, he takes on tough matchups, doesn’t back down physically, and has the ability to generate steals and deflections at a high level. With his size, he’s a capable rebounder for the position that does a nice job of quickly converting from defense to offense.
