The 2023-24 basketball season is right around the corner as opening night is 10 days away. The 2026 class is set to make its mark on the season as they should get more touches in the offense. Here are the 2026 unranked prospects to watch in the 2023-24 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2233191' first='Ny'Sean' last='Kennedy'], 6'3 SG College Achieve

Kennedy is one of the most intriguing prospects in the 2026 class with his combination of size, length and skill. The 6'3 wing has a good handle, which he uses to get to the rim off the bounce and finish in the paint. Kennedy moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated passer. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and is a strong rebounder. Kennedy is a lanky wing prospect who will be one to track over the next couple of years.

[player_tooltip player_id='2205839' first='Luke' last='Cruz'], 6'8 PF Rumson Fair-Haven

Cruz has the potential to have a strong sophomore season as he should get more looks on the offensive end. The 6'8 forward has a nice touch around the basket and is able to draw contact down low. Cruz has a decent face-up game as well as he can put the ball on the floor on the perimeter. He influences shots around the basket and fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Cruz's ability to control the paint is something that will help his stock in a big way this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2233687' first='Bazir' last='Belvin'], 6'2 SG Abraham Clark

The Rams need someone to step up after graduating all five starters from last season and Belvin looks to do just that in 2023-24. The 6'2 guard knows how to finish around the basket and uses his handle to create space in the halfcourt. Belvin is more than just a slasher as he can also make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He slides his feet on the defensive end and makes good decisions with the ball in his hands. Belvin is set for a breakout season as he should get more touches on the offensive end this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2233796' first='John' last='Campbell'], 6'6 PF Jefferson

Campbell will be looking to help the Falcons this season as they are looking to make a deep run in the state tournament. The 6'6 forward has a strong frame, which he uses to get position down low and finish around the basket. Campbell is able to draw contact down low and sets good screens in the halfcourt. He works for rebounds on both ends of the floor and holds his ground on defense. Campbell is a hard-working forward prospect who does not mind doing the dirty work in the post.

[player_tooltip player_id='2237119' first='Caleb' last='Williams'], 6'0 CG Paterson Eastside

Williams is looking to break into the starting lineup this season as the Ghosts must replace four starters from last season's Group 4 winning team. The 6'0 guard has a nice handle, which he uses to get into the lane and make plays. Williams finishes nicely around the basket and sets his feet before he shoots. He works hard on the defensive end and has the ability to run the offense at times. Williams is a gritty guard prospect, whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor is something that will help his stock in a big way in 2023-24.

The 2023-24 basketball season is right around the corner as opening night is 10 days away. The 2026 class is set to make its mark on the season as they should get more touches in the offense. Here are the 2026 unranked prospects to watch in the 2023-24 season.
