The lefty knows where his spots are and how to get to them effectively for high-percentage shots. He has deep range well beyond the three-point line. Holt can put the ball on the floor and work the midrange game, using his 6'2u0022 frame to shoot over smaller defenders. Merker can stop on a dime and hit the pull-up midrange shot with little to no contest. The small forward can guard the perimeter at a high level while also being able to switch down into the paint to guard bigger players. At 6'4u0022 Prior can shoot over most defenders around him. He is excellent in the catch-and-shoot game from deep. He is tenacious on the offensive glass as he will not give up on grabbing offensive rebounds until his putback goes through. His ability to get his shot in any situation makes him a very tough guard for anyone. At the point guard position Scheier can throw some beautiful touch passes to teammates you wouldn't think are open. His tight and crafty handles allow him to get anywhere on the court. Scheier can hit fading-away jump shots from the midrange and three-point area no matter the contest.
