is one of the best players in the country and was a McDonald’s all-American. Bryson was great for O’Connell this year, and even though they had a lot of injuries, they were still nationally ranked for a while. Bryson has excellent size for a guard and has a refined offensive game. He can score from anywhere and is a good passer. Bryson’s offensive game will translate well wherever he takes his talents next. He was first team in the WCAC and a first team all-met selection.

Bryson averaged 24.5 points per game for Bishop O’Connell this week in their contests against Arbor View (NV), Mater Lakes Academy (FL), Clovis West (CA), and Corona Centennial (CA) as the Eagles were able to win the consolation championship of the Platinum bracket. Tucker is a remarkably consistent and steady player. He always seems to get to his spots on offense, competes hard on the defensive end including utilizing his length to get steals and rebounds, and maturely understands when to get others involved.

Bryson finished with a game high 28 points on Tuesday morning in Bishop O’Connell’s (VA) win over Mater Lakes Academy (FL), 68-48. Tucker made instinctual plays all over the court in this one whether it was grabbing rebounds, jumping into passing lanes to get steals, and finishing with both power and finesse at the rim. He also continued to show consistency as a scorer in the mid range area.

Bryson finished with 16 points and several rebounds/assists on Monday morning in Bishop O’Connell’s tough loss to Arbor View (NV), 52-50. Tucker excelled in the mid range and in close in this one as he utilized his strength and tight handle to get to his spots and rise up over smaller defenders.
