He's a versatile offensive weapon who finishes well around the rim, pounds the glass on both ends of the floor, and is a good, willing passer out of the block. He's also a strong rim protector who is the anchor of this team defensively. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1376717' first='Jace' last='Tams'] (Treynor): 16.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.8 steals</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When Tams gets it rolling from deep, he's really difficult to slow down. He's a really good shooter off both the dribble and the catch, with the ability to create his own shot at a high level. He contributes well on the glass out of his perimeter spot and will be the focal point for the Cardinals, who will push for the WIC crown.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1171690' first='Grady' last='Jeppesen'] (Riverside): 21.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.8 steals</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jeppesen is a big-time scorer who puts constant pressure on opposing defenses with his ability to create shots for himself and his teammates off the bounce. He does a great job getting the defender on his hip and getting all the way to the rim routinely. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 [player_tooltip player_id='2221609' first='Brody' last='Lager'] (Missouri Valley): 16.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.6 steals</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Coming off a really good junior season for the Big Reds, Lager is a stat-sheet stuffer who led the team in scoring, assists, and steals, and was second in rebounding as a junior. He's at his best when he's attacking, but his jumper is enough of a threat that it needs to be respected.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024 [player_tooltip player_id='2204868' first='Edward' last='Miller'] (Audubon): 13.1 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.5 steals</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Miller (pictured) is a skilled 6-7 big man who looks like he's primed to have a massive senior year for the Wheelers. He can score inside and out, is a good passer, and is dominant on the glass.
