Jacob Barnes- Barnes can flat-out play no matter what day it is! It’s some players that need to be coached up but you can tell he plays off of instincts and so far it’s working out well for him. Jacob is a guy who knows how to finish around the rim when he gets downhill and inside the paint. He knows how to attack your hips and make you open up to give him the lane he wants. He has a nice tempo and pace to his game.
Anthony Davis Anthony Davis 6'3" | SF Mill Valley | 2027 KS – Davis is Extremely athletic and he uses it on both ends of the floor. Anthony can finish at the rim and above it so if you aren’t careful he might finish above you. Keeping your eye out on him is a full-time job because he’s always crashing the glass. Davis Has a ton of upside with him already being athletic, as a freshman, he’s polishing up his skill set and he will soon take the city by storm. He is a good shot blocker and protects the rim at all costs timing everyone’s layups perfectly.
Jaxen Proden- Jaxen Has a high motor and it doesn’t seem to ever go off. He is constantly running, moving, talking, and doing something to positively impact the game. Proden has a nice soft touch when he’s finishing at the rim, and has a floater in his game that is well-needed from the wing and guard spots. Proden makes floaters look easy when they are in fact extremely hard because of the soft touch that is needed when shooting those in the paint.
Jacob Hoytal Jacob Hoytal 6'3" | PF Washburn Rural | 2027 KS – Jacob has a Long wingspan that causes problems for the opponents on the offense and defensive end. When you have a long wingspan it’s little things like tipping the ball over players that can really jump if your timing is right. Jacob can play the post and play on the wing, he has a high IQ, good help defense, and always seems to make the extra passes. Hoytal uses his length to finish over defenders at the rim which gives him a form of craftiness.
