DMV Top-250: Team 11 Evaluations

Here is a look at those who played on Team 11. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148718' first='Machai' last='Blake'] | Blake (MD) '24</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Blake is a 6'4" guard with a playmaker's mindset. He frequently set up others for open looks. I noticed that Blake uses a runner to shoot over the top of defenders in the lane. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1963533' first='Ryan' last='Brzezanski'] | Briar Woods (VA) '26</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brzezanski is a promising 6'6" forward who was one of the better rebounders I observed at the event. He secured the ball numerous times in traffic. Brzezanski also showed nice touch as a finisher with either hand and on his shot from 15 feet.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148750' first='Sherwood' last='Cross'] | Manor (VA) '24 </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cross is a 6'1" lefty who is a threat from 3 from the catch but has a solid all-around game. He competed defensively, pushed the ball in transition, and made plays for others. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148705' first='Evan' last='Frink'] | Bowie (MD) '26</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Frink is a guard prospect who likes to leverage his quick first step to get downhill. He is a crafty finisher in the lane as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Nathan Gehrmann | Lightridge (VA) '25</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gehrmann is a 6'4" forward who has a soft touch from 15 feet and in. He is a threat to crash the offensive boards and generate second-chance points. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148754' first='Tobin' last='Haire'] | Herndon (VA) '25 </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Haire is a 6'3" wing who demonstrates a nice feel for the game. He is effective as a playmaker for others but knows how to exploit a 1v1 mismatch when it presents itself. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1567111' first='Cole' last='Scott'] | Oxon Hill (MD) '25</strong> </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Scott is a 6'3" guard with an efficient shooting stroke. I noticed that he is a corner specialist, but he can also mix it up by utilizing his floater from the in-between areas. Scott is also a good passer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148745' first='Nicholas' last='Stover'] | James Madison (VA) '26</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stover is a guard prospect with above average three-point range from the catch. I liked his off-ball movement and noticed he likes to keep others involved. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2148696' first='Abu' last='Sylla'] | Eleanor Roosevelt (MD) '26 </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sylla is a 6'0" guard with a quick release on his jumper. He hit multiple spotup threes while I watched. Sylla also has an eye for a good pass. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
