#11 Orlando Christian Prep

The Orlando Christian Prep Warriors are coming off a 2022-2023 season where they finished as state runner-ups, coming up short of winning their fourth consecutive state title. The Warriors are destined to be a heavy favorite once again in Class 2A along with Sagemont, Sports Leadership & Management, Victory Christian Academy and Impact Christian Academy this season.

The Warriors return their dynamic backcourt duo in 6-1 senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1055785' first='Ameer' last='Ramadan'] and 6-5 senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1055774' first='Isaiah' last='Brown'] (Florida commit). Another name to keep an eye on this season for Orlando Christian Prep will be 6-6 senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1306096' first='Marc' last='Angueki'] who has taken huge strides this past season where he can finish in the top three among the team's leading scorers. Also keep an eye on 6-4 sophomore guard Lucas Sutherland who has the real chance in becoming a future D-1 prospect for the Warriors in the next 2-3 years.

#12 Lake Worth

The Lake Worth Trojans are coming off a 22-2 season last year before losing to Oak Ridge in the regional semifinals, but the Trojans will be no easy out this upcoming season. Despite losing their leading scorer Calvin Sirmans due to graduation last year, The Trojans do return 6-5 senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1306135' first='Hedrens' last='Barthelus'] who averaged 13.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game last season. Another name to keep an eye on will be 6-8 senior power forward Jeremy Innocnent who averaged 9.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game for Lake Worth as a junior last season. The Trojans are expected to be near the top of the favorites in Class 7A along with Columbus, Oak Ridge, Miami Palmetto and Winter Haven this season.

#13 Wekiva

The Wekiva Mustangs are coming off a 2022-2023 season where they reached the Final Four, before losing to Class 6A runner-up Ponte Vedra. The Mustangs will look to rely on 6-1 junior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1620358' first='Darius' last='Livingston'] to handle the primary scoring duties after losing Malachi Hampton who graduated last season. The Mustangs will also look to turn to 6-8 senior center [player_tooltip player_id='1859286' first='Carter' last='Hankerson'] who can average a double-double on any given night.

#14 Miami Norland

The Miami Norland Vikings can make a lot of noise this season, as they returned 6-8 senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1055745' first='Marcus' last='Allen'] (Missouri commit), 6-6 senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1163363' first='Triston' last='Wilson'] and 6-0 senior guard Isaiah St. Preaux. Despite the Vikings losing 6-3 combo guard Carl Parrish who graduated last season, the Vikings have new weapons in their backcourt who have a lot of promise to get to a state championship. However, The Vikings do have a dangerous classification in Class 5A where they will be paired up with reigning state champion Belen Jesuit, Mainland, Orlando Jones, Suncoast and Tampa Jesuit.

#15 St. Thomas Aquinas

The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders have one of the state's top ranked point guards in this year's sophomore class in 6-1 [player_tooltip player_id='1660055' first='Drake' last='Sandi']. Another name to keep an eye on for the Raiders this season will be 6-0 sophomore combo guard AJ Ambrose who gets under-looked because of his size. The duo between Ambrose and Sandi have the potential to be really dangerous for the Raiders for the next three seasons where they will also have 6-6 sophomore forward [player_tooltip player_id='2299661' first='Zane' last='Elliott'] who is one of the underrated wings in the state for the upcoming sophomore class. Keep an eye on St. Thomas Aquinas in Class 6A this upcoming season along with Dwyer, Edgewater, Ponte Vedra and Wiregrass Ranch who could all make dangerous postseason runs.
