Reddicks displayed highly impressive and smooth pace and basketball IQ when handling the ball, analyzing the defense and making great decisions. He also showed his ability to score both on the inside and out, while also being able to get others involved. Reddicks also showed that he can move well without the basketball, and get out in transition, where he was able to get up for a two handed slam in traffic.
Amadou Doumbia
Amadou Doumbia
Doumbia is a center with a high ceiling, He is athletic and lengthy which he uses to his advantage ib both ends of the floor. He has great hands, the ability to run the floor, and a high motor. Doumbia also displays rare attributes for a prospect of the size, showing the ability to shoot from outside, put the ball on the floor and go coast to coast. He also jumps straight up to protect the rim, and rebounds consistently on both ends of the floor.
Sir William Morman
Sir William Morman
Morman displayed a smooth game, with the ability to both score and facilitate the offense. His size and skill allow him to score at mulitple levels on the court, while his left handedness and ability to change speeds makes him even craftier and harder to guard. Morman also gets after it on defense, guarding opposing perimeters effectively, and can come down and crash the boards, all while holding a 4.0 GPA.
Jahi Whitney
Jahi Whitney
Whitney caught fire during this event, having a 15 plus quarter in the meantime. He demonstrated his ability to heat up from the outside, and get all the way to the basket for finishes. His speed allowed him to consistently get in front of the defense for transition finishes and dunk. Whitney also plays with a high level work ethic to go along with an intensity level that rubs off on his teammates.
Edema had a huge paint presence during this event, and shows continued rapid improvement since the NE Prep School Showcase in June. He was a shot blocking machine, using his athleticism to get up quickly off the floor. He also displayed high level defensive awareness, rotating to the right spots as a defensive anchor each possession. Edema also showed the ability to consistently finish on offense, with layups and dunks around the basket, while getting up the floor quickly and filling lanes correctly.
