1. AMERICAN FORK
AF had a strong core coming back with Tiger Cuff Tiger Cuff 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2024 State UT who is a surgical lead guard and Blake Rawson Blake Rawson 6'8" | PF American Fork | 2024 State UT an absolute monster in the paint. Those two were going to be a handful along with a few guards coming back and getting healthy but then a few players moved into the area and that really set them apart a bit. The first one was Diego Mulford Diego Mulford 5'10" | PG American Fork | 2024 State UT who is a big time shooter that defenders have to chase around and not let him get open looks, he really changed things for AF as a shooter that is ready to catch and hit. Size wise they also add another big that has versatility and had a great summer in Reece Dent Reece Dent 6'8" | SF American Fork | 2024 State UT and his impact will really be felt as he can work inside and out. AF will be tough and they will be able to hurt teams inside and out.
2. CORNER CANYON
Corner Canyon could easily be the #1 team with the talent they have and the players they have developing and coming in. It starts with Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT the big fella plays the right way and he will be a double-double machine. He can really spread the floor but do damage in the post. He will be a matchup nightmare for anyone. He is a zone buster too, so teams will have to pick their poison. Taylor Feroah Taylor Feroah 6'7" | SG Corner Canyon | 2024 State UT might be a big piece in the success when it comes to returning players because the kid can shoot and he has size. Tyler Mortensen Tyler Mortensen 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2026 State UT is developing nicely and will be a weapon. Noah Bendinger Noah Bendinger 6'4" | CG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT has moved into the boundary and will be a big time shooter for the team and Bryton Valdes Bryton Valdes 5'10" | PG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT is another player that moved in and will help at the PG position. This team is dangerous and we will see what they got as they play a packed schedule.
3. LONE PEAK
Lone Peak has size with a few bigs and the one that is really taking his game to the next level is Chamberlin Burgess. When he is roaming and playing fee he is tuff, tuff. Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT can shoot the rock and he is a strong wing that can do work inside too. They will have a shootr all around and they also have a move in Austin Simon Austin Simon 6'1" | PG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT who will be a big time addition to their backcourt.
4. LEHI
Lehi has two really good guards in Easton Hawkins Easton Hawkins 6'4" | CG Lehi | 2025 State UT who shot the lights out this Spring/Summer and Cooper Lewis Cooper Lewis 6'1" | PG Lehi | 2024 State UT who is a heady PG that knows how to play the right way and he is just deadly with the ball in his hands. Bryson Bromely can shoot the ball as well and they will give teams trouble with their discipline on both ends. Grayson Brousseau Grayson Brousseau 6'6" | PF Lehi | 2024 State UT is good and although he is a sure D1 football kid he is going to be a handful for anyone to defend because of his strength and shot making ability.
5. HERRIMAN
The Mustangs have a team that is built to compete against anyone and any style. Smart young PG in Carlo Mulford Carlo Mulford 6'0" | PG Herriman | 2026 State UT that has the skills and IQ. Ike Palmer Ike Palmer 6'6" | CG Herriman | 2024 State UT is a big guard that can shoot but big and strong in the post. Malcom Johnson Malcom Johnson 6'6" | SF Herriman | 2024 State UT has size at the wing and can be used in many ways. You also have Cale Barclay Cale Barclay 6'8" | PF Herriman | 2025 State UT who is stronger and bigger that can hold down other bigs. Very interesting team that could jump out right off the bat and surprise everyone.
6. FARMINGTON
Farmington could be a sleeper as they have Jayden Haskell Jayden Haskell 6'3" | CG Farmington | 2024 State UT who was really good this Spring and Summer along with Nick Harris Nick Harris 6'0" | PG Farmington | 2025 State UT who is another guard that had a gret Spring and Summer. Those guards could really go off and then you add Paul Beattie Paul Beattie 6'9" | PF Farmington | 2024 State UT who has size and strength and the skill to score the ball and defend at a high level. You can even switch 1-5 with Paul. Farmington might make a run.
7. DAVIS
8. LAYTON
Layton will be a team led by two guards that could be hard to stop. KJ Miller KJ Miller 6'3" | CG Layton | 2024 State UT is a big time shooter and scorer and Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT running the PG position will be a tough cover as well. These two might be able to just light up the scoreboard. Sam Romer Sam Romer 6'6" | CG Layton | 2025 State UT is a promising prospect that is developing out there that could take a leap this year.
9. BINGHAM
The Miners will be.a tough out as they play a style that is done by committee with players coming in and hitting the ground running. Jason Peterson Jason Peterson 6'4" | CG Bingham | 2025 State UT is a good wing and Luke West Luke West 6'2" | SG Bingham | 2026 State UT is great on the ball. Stockton Tueller Stockton Tueller 6'2" | CG Bingham | 2024 State UT is a streaky player and they do have some size with Rykan Meadows Rykan Meadows 6'9" | C Bingham | 2024 State UT . This team will be uptempo and could speed teams up and just run some out of the gym.
10. RIVERTON
Riverton could be higher as they have a team that will likely have players averaging 6 PPG across the board. Christian Henninger is a big boy and will take a up a lot of space in the paint. He is moving better and if they can mix up zone and man they will keep teams off balance. Zach Edwards Zach Edwards 6'4" | PF Riverton | 2024 State UT had a great showing last year and could take a big jump this year.
