Jayden Joseph Transfers To West Oaks Academy

<p>On Wednesday afternoon, West Oaks Academy added another star-studded guard to their loaded backcourt for the upcoming season. Joseph announced his transfer from Mater Lakes Academy to West Oaks Academy on his Twitter and Instagram accounts. </p>

<p>The latest addition is 6-2 guard [player_tooltip player_id='2134650' first='Jayden' last='Joseph'] who is coming off a stellar freshman season for Chaminade-Madonna. Joseph has had a stellar start to his recruitment process as well as he currently holds offers from Florida State, Mississippi State, Samford, UCF and USC.</p>

<p>Joseph also plays for [program_tooltip program_id='2076326' first='Team' last='Breakdown'] on the Grassroots Circuit where he is coached by Kenny Gillion who will also be his head coach at West Oaks Academy. Last season as a freshman for Chaminade-Madonna, Joseph averaged 17.7 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 35 percent from the field for the Lions.</p>

<p>Joseph adds strong playmaking and is a score-first guard where he has a smooth jump shot. He can make an impact on winning teams right away with his maturity and great decision-making on the floor.</p>
