A quick guard who can beat you in a variety of ways. He scored 41 points in the championship game vs Adna. He does it with quickness to the basket, a smooth three point stroke, and he is great in transition. He causes problems with that quickness and if he is hitting from the outside, he can be tough to slow down. Literally.
Hayden played tough using some strong drives to the basket. He methodically broke down the defense at his own speed and showed good strength to finish at the basket. He’s also a deadly three point shooting guard with unlimited range. When he got going downhill he was great at finishing or drawing fouls. He has gotten stronger and quicker and that will help him to have a bigger season next year. He’s also capable of beating you with some mid-range jumpers.

I have watched him play a few times this off season. He can really score with his ability to hit shots from well beyond the arc. He has improved as an all around scorer, not just a shooter. He is deadly when open and can also get it up with a quick release. He knows how to score without a lot of extra activity. He’s primed for a big season with the loss of some key players.

A three year starter next season for Adna. He is a tough slashing type player who can get himself to the rim and finish. He has a nice to from the outside as well. He is smooth and when he gets it going downhill, he can be really effective scoring in the paint. Some great spin moves and enough craftiness to be effective on the dribble drive. He has decent size to play inside and out.
One thing you don’t have to worry about with Karsen is effort. Especially on the boards, where he is relentless. He gets a lot of second chance points with his rebounding. He attacks the hoop hard and is a great finishing player in the open floor. He is a great athlete and that is what allows him to show up every game in the stat sheet. Whether it’s points, rebounds, steals. He is usally going to get you all of the above. It doesn’t matter the opponent or how big of a game he is in. You get the same results the majority of the time.
