Brody Olson
Brody Olson
One thing that really stands out about Olson’s game is the pace that he plays with. He’s very poised and as someone who is tasked with much ball-handling responsibilities, he is rarely sped up. He’s got a quick release on his jumper which allows him to get shots of with nearly zero breathing room. Olson led the point in his teams 1-3-1 half-court defense. He uses length and good timing to impact the game defensively.

Majewski is a player who always seems to be in the right place at the right time. He moves very well without the basketball and plays incredibly hard every second he’s on the floor. The guard is a good athlete and uses this to his advantage in both ends. He’s an active rebounder and he runs the floor very well. The intensity and energy that Majewski brings on both sides of the court is unmatched.
Blake Risler
Blake Risler
I really liked how comfortable and confident Risler is in his lead guard role. He’s very calm as a ball-handler when faced with heavy defensive pressure. He does a good job of keeping his head up and making the right play. Risler creates shots for his teammates when he gets deep in the lane on dribble drives, draws the help D, and finds the open man. Risler is a skilled scorer too; he shoots the three-ball at a high rate and has good touch with his floater.
Wesley Hecker
Wesley Hecker
Hecker was one of the most gifted playmakers and passers I saw all weekend. He keeps the ball on a string as he maneuvers through the defense. He plays fast but remains under control. Hecker has a whole arsenal of flashy passes and can see the floor better than most, this require his teammates to stay alert at all times as you never know when he’ll thread the next needle.

Wagner displayed excellent positioning on both sides of the court. He works very hard to get into positions to succeed and it pays off on the O boards with numerous second chances created for his team. He plays with great strength and physicality which helps him as a screener, rebounder, and low-post defender. Wagner is a fairly traditional post player who uses a variety of moves to score in the low-post. Wagner can also extend his game to the mid-range.
Cowley is a strong forward who can score in a variety of ways and guard multiple positions. He’s a relentless rebounder and will often find easy scores as he cleans up the mess on the offensive glass. I really like how patient he is when inside. He uses ball-fakes very well to make the defense move and create openings to score. Cowley has a stocky frame but displays wonderful mobility which helps him as a ball-handler, scorer, and defender.
