Bush is an athlete in all aspects of the word and knows how to channel these attributes of his game to make big-time plays on both ends of the floor. Attacks the basket with purpose. Uses his body to draw contact. Makes big-time finishes at the rim. Bush's perimeter shooting is still a work in progress but has continued to develop alongside the other pieces of his game. Same deal from behind the arc. He's improving. Expect Bush to dedicate much of this grassroots season to developing confidence and range with his shot. On defense, Bush is a warrior. Gets after it on every play. Not afraid to match up and lock down opposing teams' bigs. Because of a leaner frame, Bush was subjected to a little bully ball under the rim at times this high school season, but expect getting his body right as part of his summer agenda. Stadler is your picture-perfect true point guard. He's got the size. He's got the IQ. And he's got the leadership all good floor generals need. At 6'0u0022, he's got the build to compete against the most talented guards in the state. Though he might be considered undersized by some, he makes up for this with his dog mentality on defense. One of the scrappiest guards I've seen all season. Gets up close and personal on the ball, fights through screens like a man on a mission, and boxes out like there's no tomorrow. Underrated rebounder on both ends of the floor. Simply put, this guy is a floor general on offense. Real good execution off the pick and roll. Always makes the extra pass and knows where his shooters are at all times. While Stadler is a pass-first kind of guy, don't think he doesn't know how to put the ball in the basket. Expect him to be more aggressive at the rim and take on more of a scoring role this summer. Proving himself as a consistent scorer is how his stock will continue to rise. At 6'8u0022, his size and athleticism are the foundational pieces of his game that set him over the edge. One of the first things you notice about Outlaw is his comfort with his body. One of the most graceful bigs in N.C. Moves his feet exceptionally well for someone with his build. Is disciplined when defending down low. Doesn't let opposing players draw fouls. Gets a ton of easy second-chance buckets off the glass. Comfortable with creating plays from the high post. Shot still needs work and maybe a bit of tweaking with mechanics, but has improved to the point where defenders can not defend a few feet behind. A problem on defense. His length attributes for an abundance of easy blocks and rebounds that turn into fast break offense. One thing that needs to be cleaned up is sticking with plays. Tends to get beat off the dribble. He's got the size and length of a true big and the athleticism and speed of a wing. Excels out in transition. Unselfish with the rock. Makes the right play at the right time. An additional piece to his game that should have the attention of college programs is his ability to shoot the ball, especially from three. Real smooth, good-looking shot. High release. Can let it fly off a screen or create something off the dribble. And most notably, he is not afraid to jump with guys who have a solid six inches on him. He's the type of fundamentally sound, old-school guard any program would be lucky to have. His court vision sets him apart. He's unselfish with the ball. Despite being a pass-first kind of guy, he has a good feel for when it's his time to attack the rim. Real consistent shooter from every distance.
