Tye brings a wealth of knowledge to the court. He has been a starter for the Red Raiders since his 9th-grade year. He has a high basketball IQ, which helps with his decision-making. Tye can get to the bucket at will and has a great touch around the rim. His vertical is impressive and helps him to be a great finisher in traffic. He also shoots the trey ball well. Tye has scored over 1,000 points in his career and had a career-high in points last season with a 40-piece. As a junior, he finished the season averaging just over 19pts per game and was voted by his teammates as a team captain. The Red Raiders are looking for Tye to have a strong senior year and continue his leadership on the court.
