In this series, I introduce five new players I observed over the weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353653' first='Noah' last='Farley'] | 15u [program_tooltip program_id='2078817' first='Virginia' last='Elite']

Farley is a rising freshman from Floyd County playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2078817' first='Virginia' last='Elite'] on the RISE Circuit this spring and summer. He was one of the biggest standouts from the practice I observed on Sunday. Farley is a knockdown shooter who relocates well off the ball. He is a bigger guard who has the size to see the court and will not hesitate to pass to an open teammate.

Elijah Guillory | 17u [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant']

Guillory attends Moon Area in PA but it looks like he'll be with [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant'] this spring. At roughly 6'4" he does many things well including shooting from three, using stepbacks from the mid-range, and defending. Guillory is a good athlete who is tough and vigilant. He will dive on the floor for a 50/50, rebound his position consistently, and get multiple deflections. One of Guillory's better traits is his playmaking. He sees the court and is unselfish.

[player_tooltip player_id='1955969' first='Emmanuel' last='Kanga Lendouga'] | 16u [program_tooltip program_id='2078456' first='DC' last='Premier']

Kanga is an athletic and energetic 6'8" big man who has quickly made a splash in this area. He's got long limbs, broad shoulders, and is nimble for his size. Kanga has a good feel for the game and expanding face-up skills. He is effective as a rim protector who alters shots without fouling. Kanga keeps his hands active on defense. He is relentless on the glass and is a one-man fast break.

Alier Maluk | 16u [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant']

Maluk is a long and lanky forward who will feature with [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant'] on the E16 circuit. Listed at 6'10" he is a shot-blocker who gets off the ground quickly from two feet. Maluk has a natural touch on his jumper. He consistently makes shots from 15 feet and three-point land. Maluk also has a go-to turnaround jumper that he utilizes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956025' first='Darren' last='Moore'] | 16u [program_tooltip program_id='2078456' first='DC' last='Premier']

Moore has been one of the best-kept secrets in MoCo, but not anymore. A quick lead guard from Northwest High School, he is a pest defensively who is good at denying his man off the ball and is a pick-pocket at the point of attack. Moore showed no fear during the scrimmage vs. [program_tooltip program_id='2078457' first='Team' last='Durant']. He mixed it up in the paint and showed he can finish in the lane vs. length.
