Here were the top 2024 prospects from this weekend's Prep Hoops Illinois Prospect Camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874870' first='Tallis' last='Lowery'] 6'2 Belleville East

Super quick guard who can get to the rim with his shifty crossover moves. Tallis was very active on defense but caught my attention with his handle and reverse layups. Lowery has a decent shot and can become a top scoring guard in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1541253' first='Joey' last='Pantazis'] 6'2 Niles West

Joey is a strong combo guard who has extended range from the three-point line. At the camp Pantazis showed his IQ of moving without the ball to get open spots. He also attacked hard on straight lined drives using his upper body to score through guys. Solid defender as well who cuts ball handlers off with his feet and body.

[player_tooltip player_id='1295610' first='Luke' last='Matan'] 6'5 Geneva

Matan was one of the best shooters in the camp. At his size he is a project able wing at the college level that made shots with defenders in his face. A respectable rebounder on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874879' first='Tristan' last='Jones'] 6'3 DRW College Prep

A fundamentally sound player who finished well in transition using both hands. Jones is pretty good at any position. Showed he can score around the rim and the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1295551' first='Ibrahim' last='Elagha'] 6'1 Bolingbrook

Elagha is a quick twitched guard that has elusive speed when playing all out. Ibrahim can score from three and the mid-range. He is a willing passer that sees plays two steps ahead.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874744' first='Jordan' last='Lacey'] 6'0 Belleville West

Very athletic guard that got several dunks on the day. Lacey is a stronger guard that gets downhill with momentum and can take a bump or two and score through contact.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874734' first='Irfan' last='Khan'] 6'1 Glenbard North

Lanky guard that is very skilled. He scored several layups in transition and showcased a smooth jump shot in the half court.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598758' first='Michael' last='Reilly'] 6'3 Lyons Township

Reilly has a great set shot that he gets off pretty quick. A composed shooter that can score on the move or off screens in the half court. Michael also showed that he is pretty good passer, finding guys spotting up on straight lines drives to the rim. Promising spot up shooter at the next level

Nick Black 6'4 Thea Bowman (IN)

Very skilled guard that scored from all three levels. Went on a scoring run of his own in two games. Can get to his spots and knock down mid-range shots with no problem. Black showed he is a capable rebounder in tight spaces throughout the day.
