More Stock-Risers from the 2024 Rankings Update

<p>The 2024 rankings update was filled with so many stock-risers that one article was not enough. Here are even more stock-risers from the 2024 rankings update.</p>   <h2><strong>Kaiyiri Barkley, 6'0 CG East Orange</strong></h2>   <p>Barkley went up over 33 spots in the latest update as he powered the Jaguars' offense. The 6'0 guard has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. Barkley can also score in the mid-range and has a nice release on his jumper. He is a solid rebounder and can get deflections on the defensive end. Barkley had nine 20-point games in his junior campaign for East Orange and should have more in his senior season.</p>   <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1407100' first='Tye' last='Dorset'], 6'3 SG Lenape</strong></h2>   <p>Dorset jumped up nearly 30 spots in the update as he solidified his ability to be a go-to scorer. The 6'3 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a strong finisher around the basket and is unafraid of drawing contact. Dorset rises up with confidence on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. He is capable of running the offense at times and can defend multiple positions on the floor. Dorset had a breakout 2022-23 season and should only get better during the spring and summer.</p>   <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1456834' first='Tre' last='Powell'], 6'0 SG Medford Tech</strong></h2>   <p>Powell moved up 28 spots in the update as he put up big numbers throughout 2022-23. The 6'0 guard is dynamic with the ball in his hands as he can get to the rim and finish in a number of ways. Powell has a quick release on his jumper and can knock down jumpers in bunches from behind the arc. He uses his quick hands to get deflections on defense and gets his teammates involved in the half court. Powell is a high-scoring guard prospect who will be one to watch in 2023-24.</p>   <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1547456' first='Emanuel' last='Domingo'], 6'6 PF St. John Vianney</strong></h2>   <p>Domingo also moved up 28 spots in the update as he showed his ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. The 6'6 forward has a nice touch around the basket and can finish strong above the rim. Domingo sets good screens in the half court and can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to swat shots around the basket. Domingo is an intriguing prospect with his ability to block shots and stretch the floor.</p>   <h2><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1153977' first='Jalen' last='James'], 5'11 PG Columbia</strong></h2>   <p>James moved up 26 spots in the update as he helped the Cougars go 19-8 in 2022-23. The 5'11 guard has a good handle, which he uses to get to the rim and can finish through contact. James has a nice touch on his floater and shoots the ball with confidence on his jumper. He is a solid passer and is a tough on-ball defender.
