[player_tooltip player_id='939059' first='Jalen' last='Griffith'] (Simeon)

Current Ranking: #23

Griffith is without question the top unsigned guard in the state. He has been on the radar for years, but remains uncommitted mostly to his lack of ideal size for the position. At only about 5'9” he is definitely on the smaller side, but he can flat out go and win! High IQ guard that is an electric playmaker with his pinpoint passing getting others involved on a consistent basis while running the Wolverines who were the best team in the state during the first half of the season. He is also a more than capable scorer that has a plus pull up jumper from mid-range that he hits at a decent clip from three. Also loves to float in runners over taller opponents. Defensively he puts pressure on opposing guards with his pesky hands and quickness often getting multiple steals a game. Low-majors should be getting involved.

[player_tooltip player_id='1476086' first='James' last='Stevenson'] (Momence)

Current Ranking: #51

Stevenson is the opposite of Griffith on the size spectrum as the combo guard stands at 6'6” with a strong frame. He has shown he can really pass the ball with precision and zip at his size which is his most intriguing quality. Explosive downhill slasher that plays above the rim in transition. Stevenson rebounds at a high level posting double digit boards in most games. Biggest thing holding him back right now is consistency as a shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1371074' first='Tre' last='Davis'] (Marian Catholic)

Current Ranking: #57

Davis is a rock solid point guard that can handle the ball well against pressure, push the tempo in the open floor, and knock down shots. Steady floor general that makes the right decision with the ball most of the time while also finding his spots to score with a capable shot from distance.
