Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
Dunham is a competitor who really affects the game in a lot of ways. He’s one of their main playmakers/scorers who can fit into the flow of the game and find his rhythm contributing in different ways. He recently committed to Point Loma and looks ready to close out his high school career with a strong senior season.

Dunham was an early commit to Point Loma, announcing his intentions on August 1st. He’s been one of the better players east of the mountains for the last two years, earning second-team all-league last season. Dunham averaged 13.1 ppg last season, good for third among non-seniors, and has an all-around game that makes him a center-piece for Mead on both ends of the floor.

This sophomore is going to have a massive sophomore year with a change of scenery. Nash has been off to a great start with Mead HS, including a huge performance against his old school, Mount Spokane. He gets to the rim nicely, having a quick first step. He finishes through traffic well, absorbing contact while in the paint. I’m excited to watch his growth for this year and beyond.

Dunham was a guy I had seen a good amount of in the summer. He showed great defensive instincts and work ethic but didn’t get a lot of opportunities on the offensive end. Well, it’s been a different story at Mead as he’s opened up a can to start the season and has shown he can be the focal point of an offense with his ability to drain the outside shot and bury shots with little room at the rim. He’s been one of many players from this class showing great poise and potential early in the year.

This new addition to the Mead team has been a very impactful. In his first varsity game with the team, Dunham dropped 21 points including 6 three pointers. Nash is only a sophomore and is only going to keep improving as the season progresses and he gets. more minutes under his belt.
