Watch NOLA 23 vs. New Orleans Basketball Club: Grassroots HoopFest 16U Championship
The 16U championship game turned out to be the most competitive and exciting of the four championship matchups in the Grassroots HoopFest tournament. There were plenty of impressive buckets from both sides and NOLA 23 was able to hang on for a 64-57 win over New Orleans Basketball Club.
Top players for NOLA 23 included former Martin Luther King 2019 G/W Larenz Williams, who is now at Warren Easton, as well as Salmen 2019 PG Dandrick Green, 2019 F Damiree Burns, 2018 G/W Jourdan Smith and 2019 G Shadon Green of Landry-Walker.
